Hi! My name is Darlene WesthelleCHHC, AADP .  I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach who can help you to find the dietary approach that makes the most sense for YOU.  Having been through a health crisis myself, I am committed to helping you to easily sort out the diet and lifestyle information that often seems so complex and, sometimes, so contradictory.  Despite all the programs out there, come to terms with this truth:
